BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The jackpots for this week's Mega Millions and Powerball drawings together total over $650 million.
The Mega Millions jackpot is estimated at $367 million, with a cash option estimated at $288 million, to be drawn Tuesday night at 11 p.m.
The Powerball jackpot is estimated at $288 million, with a cash option estimated at $180 million. It will be drawn on Wednesday night at 10:59 p.m.
“As both of these jackpots climb, we encourage people to keep the experience of playing the lottery fun by playing responsibly,” Massachusetts Lottery director Michael Sweeney said in a release.
Mega Millions and Powerball tickets can be purchased for $2 each.
