BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Market Basket shoppers have a new product to explore next time they head to their stores. Market Basket has officially launched its own beer.
Market Basket has joined forces with the Vermont Brewery, Zero Gravity Brewery, to create their own light beer. The drink is a light lager that is “a little hoppy," WBZ NewsRadio’s Jim MacKay said.
The “More For Your Dollar” Lager is now available at all Market Basket beer and wine locations in Massachusetts as well as all Market Basket stores in New Hampshire and Maine.
A 12-pack is priced at $12.99 where sold.
