BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Patriots owner Robert Kraft is said to reject a plea deal offered to him by prosecutors in Florida in the day spa prostitution case, The Boston Globe reports.
WBZ-TV reports that Kraft also filed a motion in court that would suppress video evidence being used against him.
Kraft has been charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution in connection to a bust at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida.
Prosecutors offered to drop charges against Kraft and 24 others, but said they'd have to admit to the charges—along with paying fines and doing community service.
