BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Patriots owner Robert Kraft has pleaded not guilty on charges of soliciting prostitution at a Florida day spa.

In addition he has requested a non-jury trial.

According to court documents his arraignment is now scheduled for March 27, moved up a month from its original date of April 24.

Kraft has hired Florida defense attorney Jack Goldberger, who previously represented billionaire Jeffrey Epstein against charges of trafficking underage girls for sex.

By entering his plea early, he does not have to attend in person. It wasn't yet known whether if Kraft will attend or have Goldberger appear in his place.

Authorities in Jupiter, Florida say that Kraft visited the Orchids of Asia massage parlor and paid for a sexual act the morning his team faced off against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship in January.

His arrest was part of a months-long investigation into a larger sex trafficking ring.
