WORCESTER (WBZ NewsRadio) — A man's legs were severed after an alleged drunk driver slammed into him in Worcester Sunday night.
Jeffrey Pillco, 22, is charged with OUI. The victim, a 36-year-old man, had his legs amputated by the Vernon Street crash.
Police say Pillco drove into the victim as he was emptying the trunk of his car, pinning him between the two cars.
