Judge Weighs Delaying Church Demolition

WORCESTER, MA (24/7 News Source) --  A judge in Worcester is considering whether to delay the demolition of the Notre Dame des Canadiens Church in Worcester.  

A group of residents is seeking an injunction to stop a developer from razing the historic church.  

The group alleges that the decision to demolish the church was never reviewed by the state environmental policy act office.
