Police Investigating Two Shootings In Dorchester

BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) -- Boston Police now say there were two shootings in Dorchester Friday morning.

The first was reported on Quincy street, near perth street, around 9a.m.

When officers arrived they found a man with life-threatening injuries. He was brought to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

About an hour later -- officials say another man was found on Quincy street.

They say he told them he had been shot on that street near Blue Hill Ave.

He had a graze wound -- it's not clear what his condition is now.

Police say they're looking into both incidents -- to see if they're related.

 So far -- no suspects -- and no word on any motive.
