Utility Worker Electrocuted In Norton

NORTON, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A utility worker suffered life-threatening injuries from a fall and electrical burns Tuesday morning.

Norton Fire Captain Jason Robbins told WBZ NewsRadio the worker, a 40-year-old man, was electrocuted and fell about 35 feet shortly after 10 a.m. at a site on West Hodges Street.

He's been taken to a Rhode Island hospital. Norton Police are investigating.
