BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Bill Belichick didn't have a lot to say on Tuesday after cutting ties with cornerback Jack Jones.
When asked about the decision to let the second-year cornerback go, Belichick kept repeating "I feel like it was time to move on."

The Patriots' decision comes after a season and a half of legal issues, injuries, a suspension, and being benched.
When asked if the decision was performance based, because of discipline or conduct, or if something had happened in Germany, Belichick reverted back to "it was time to move on."
