LYNN, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Lynn Arson Squad is investigating after a body was found inside a burning car on Thursday night.
Lynn Police responded to a reported car fire at 43 Boston Street in Lynn at around 9:22 p.m.
After the fire was put out, officials discovered a body inside. The person has yet to be identified.

Some nearby buildings sustained minor damages from the flames, Lynn Police said.
Detectives from Lynn Police Criminal Investigation Division and State Police are investigating.
