SHREWSBURY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Shrewsbury might not be known as the most entertaining town in Massachusetts, but it does have a grocery store, a private school, and a small island named after a rapper?

When WBZ's Matt Shearer asked Shrewsbury residents what they like to do for fun around town, several people suggested walking around the new Market Basket, but Shearer had other plans... that included a boat.

In the middle of Mill Pond lies a small patch of land only accessible by boat. The island consists of some trees, a rope swing, several broken chairs, and a beaver.

The island got its name after the rapper, Busta Rhymes, geotagged the island enough times that Google Maps caught on and started calling it Busta Rhymes Island.

While the name stuck over time, the town of Shrewsbury does not officially recognize Busta Rhymes Island as the land's name.
