BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Peabody Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 12-year-old girl.
Iris Matul was last seen at the Holiday Inn in Peabody on Sunday carrying a backpack with a Vans logo, police said.
Matul is a Pickering Middle School student in Lynn. Officials believe she may be in the Lynn and Saugus area.
Police say she is about 4' 05" with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, a black shirt, black pants, and black and white Adidas sneakers.
Matul does not have a cell phone on her.
