BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Halloween came a few months early to the Back Bay MBTA station on Friday giving some passengers a bit of a fright.
MBTA Transit Police reported to the station on Friday evening after receiving reports of a person armed with a long rifle.

Once officers arrived at the scene they found someone dressed up as "Star Wars" character Boba Fett carrying a replica firearm, officials said. Police spoke with the person and deemed the scene safe.
Anime Boston is taking place the weekend of April 7 through April 9.
