After shots were fired, the Mercedes car swerved into a Lexus SUV with a family inside, causing them to crash off the road. All of the people inside the Lexus were okay.

The driver was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital with gunshot wounds but did not survive. He has been identified as Justin Parker, 37, of North Attleboro.

The car is possibly a gray or silver Hyundai Sonata, according to Norfolk DA's office.

Investigators are asking anyone with information that could help identify the driver to come forward. Anyone with information is asked to call (781) 327-9801.
