BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Sisay Lemma of Ethiopia has won the elite men's race in the 128th Boston Marathon.
He finished with a time of 2:06:17. That's the 10th fastest time in the race’s 128-year history, according to AP.
The 2021 London champion made his way back to Boylston Street this year with the fastest time in the field.
As he crashed through the finish line ribbon, he kissed his right hand and raised it to the sky for a job well done.
