Sudbury Police Ask For Public's Help To Identify Driver In Hit-And-Run

SUDBURY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Sudbury Police are investigating a hit and run that left a delivery driver injured last Friday.

At around 5 P.M. on January 6, Sudbury Police got reports that someone was hit by a vehicle in the area of 257 Concord Road. When officers arrived, they found that a delivery driver was trying to cross the street when they were struck by a vehicle driving by, Sudbury Police Department said.

Police released the following video footage of the incident.

Police said the pedestrian suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash.

The driver did not stay at the scene of the crash after the delivery driver was hit. Sudbury Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward. Any information that can help identify the vehicle involved can call the police department at (978) 443-1042.

SPD is working with New England State Police in their investigation.
