Swan Boats Are Back At Boston Public Garden For The Season

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Boston's Swan Boats set sail for the first rides of the season on Saturday.

Mayor Michelle Wu went out for the first ride of the 146th season around the lagoon at Boston Public Garden. Mayor Wu was joined by students and teachers from Tynan Elementary School, Parks and Recreation Commissioner Ryan Woods, and President of Friends of the Public Garden Liz Vizza.

On Saturday, the Swan Boats began taking passengers on 15-minute tours of the lagoon to see views of the blooming spring flowers around the garden.

The boats will run daily through September from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
