DEDHAM, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Commuter rail riders are experiencing delays on the Franklin commuter rail after a truck hit a bridge near Endicott on Monday morning.

Traffic heading towards the Endicott Estate is being detoured to Cedar Street after a truck collided with the East Street Bridge in Dedham. The bridge carries the Franklin Line over East Street between Endicott and Dedham Corporate Center stations.
Police are asking drivers to find alternative routes while work is being done on the scene.
The MBTA halted train service temporarily after the crash on Monday while engineers inspected the damage to the tracks above the bridge.
