BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — On Saturday morning, two United Airlines planes made contact at Boston Logan International Airport, according to Massachusetts Port Authority.
Just before 9 a.m., a United Airlines plane departing for Newark, New Jersey made contact with the wing of another United plane set for Denver, Colorado, as it was being pushed back from the gate. United staff were towing the plane when the incident occurred, said Massachusetts Port Authority.

"While pushing back from its gate earlier today at Boston Logan, the wing of one United aircraft made contact with the wing of another United plane parked at the neighboring gate. Customers on both aircraft deplaned normally and we’ve made arrangements to get them to their destinations on different aircraft," a spokesperson from United Airlines told WBZ NewsRadio.
No one was injured in the incident.
