WHITMAN, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Whitman Police Department is looking for the owner of a special military ring that was found over Memorial Day weekend.
During the Memorial Day parade on Monday, someone found a Marine Corps ring and handed it over to Whitman Police.
"Yesterday during the Memorial Day Parade a responsible citizen found this Marine Corps ring in the Town Park. We would love to reunite it with its owner," Whitman Police said on Facebook.

The ring resembles a vintage United States Marine Corps sergeant veteran military ring.
Police are asking anyone who may know the owner to call (781) 447-1212.
