According to a source close to the star-studded duo, Bey "had given up" trying to get pregnant before the duo received news of their twins. An insider revealed that they "had been trying and trying to conceive" for some time now. Unfortunately, Bey grew "frustrated" after unsuccessful in vitro fertilization treatments. They had even looked into surrogates and adoption alternatives.
Thankfully, the double surprise arrived "out of no where" and the parents of 5-year-old Blue Ivy were overjoyed that "it stuck." Speaking of their daughter, Blue is reportedly quite excited about becoming a big sister. "She was asking about another baby forever," she sourced added. "Now she gets two!"
