BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM/24/7 News Source) -- Four people working as contractors for the Commonwealth are suing over being denied the same benefits as other state employees.
The contract employees have worked for the state for years but do not receive health insurance and other benefits.
The plaintiffs are asking the state to reimburse them for years of lost wages and compensation.
They hope to add up to 10, 000 current and former contractors to the class-action lawsuit.
