TEWKSBURY (WBZ-AM) – Police are asking for the public's help in identifying and finding a woman wanted in connection to a series package thefts of residential doorsteps in Tewksbury.
Police say that the thefts occurred on Monday Nov 27.
In a surveillance video released on their department's Twitter account, a woman is spotted on video slowly walking up towards the steps, pausing to pick up the package and walking away.
They say the woman is described as a dark-skinned, possibly Hispanic female in her late 20’s or early 30’s and driving a silver car.
They also believe she acted alone when she swiped packages from residents on Main St and North St Monday afternoon.
Tewksbury Police Detective Lt Ryan Columbus says the woman also appeared to be pregnant.
