LAWRENCE (WBZ-AM) -- Police are searching for three suspects they say shot an elderly man with a BB gun Sunday night.
They said they received a call about the shooting on Haverhill Street around 7 p.m.
The man had been sitting on his porch when, police say, three men came out of a car and shot him twice in the leg.
He was not taken to the hospital.
Lawrence Police confirmed to WBZ NewsRadio 1030 that they are searching for a black Chrysler car in connection to the incident.
A car was also damaged by shots from the BB gun.
