"The book focuses on the three parts--not just the body and the workout and the food, but also the mind," Patrick said. "So the program is designed to give you 90 days of workouts, recipes, information, science as to why the program is structured as it is, why I've designed it like I have, but also then to give you this foundation of the mental side of things, the sort of mind-body aspect, that I think is so important and is becoming more and more popular."
