METHUEN (WBZ-AM) -- The MSPCA's Nevins Farm is the new home for more than two dozen animals who were freezing outside in a small farm in Central Massachusetts.
MSPCA's Mike Kiley told WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Carl Stevens it was December 27--in the middle of a devastating cold snap--when the organization got the call
"For us, it equates to taking a small farm into a bigger farm," he said.
The 26 animals included guinea fowl, rabbits, chickens, goats, sheep, a cow, and an alpaca.
All of the animals have been stabilized--and are now ready to be adopted.
"We're recommending that the best way to do it is to email us at farmadoptions@mspca.org," Kiley said.
