BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- The Celtics are an above-average team when it comes to shooting 3-pointers.
But in Tuesday night's overtime loss to the Pelicans, they hit on 19 of 50 tries from beyond the arc.
Even Al Horford, who has hit on 43.4 percent of his 3's to sit 7th in the NBA, knows that's absurd.
"You wanna take 3's, but that is a lot of 3's," he said.
So the East-leading Celtics will start anew tonight at the Garden--perhaps with a little less reliance on the 3-pointer--as they face the Sixers at 7 p.m.
