FOXBOROUGH, MA (WBZ-AM) – As the New England Patriots continues to get ready for another Super Bowl, one big name player is still apparently dealing with concussions
Rob Gronkowski, sat out of patriots practice Thursday. Gronk is still under concussion protocol after that nasty hit he took to the head in Sunday’s AFC Championship game against Jacksonville.
Tom Brady was limited on the team’s injury report -- thanks to his hand injury.
Meantime, the Patriots have a big sendoff planned Monday morning at 9 a.m. from Gillette Stadium before they head to their 10th Super Bowl in Minneapolis --- the 8th during the Brady-Belichick era.
Matthew slater will be playing in his fourth Super Bowl he talked about the teams quarterback the man most call, the G.O.A.T on Thursday.
“At this point, it’s been well documented what kind of competitor he is you know that’s the first thing I think of when I think of Tom Brady,” Slater said.
