WEYMOUTH (WBZ-AM) -- With the Super Bowl just two days away, the tiniest babies born at South Shore Hospital are sporting Pats-themed clothing.
Mallory Decas, a registered nurse at the hospital, sewed 16 little custom Patriots hats for the babies with help from her mother.
In a release from the hospital, Decas said she hoped the project brought parents a sense of normalcy.
"A lot of people like to dress their babies up for special occasions and events," she said. "This helps our parents feel a sense of normalcy in an otherwise stressful time in their lives."
The hospital said that some of the tiny clothing came from Build A Bear Workshop.
