BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- The last time the Bruins visited Detroit, they won 3-2 in overtime. Brad Marchand notched the winner.
But, Boston's leading scorer is still suspended--one more before his 5-gamer's up--and you can bet he's looking forward to returning.
"Time goes by slow when you're out, but it's been a lot of fun to watch the guys play the way they have," he said. "They're playing very well, so yeah, really looking forward to getting back."
B's will visit the Red Wings tonight at 7:30, before Marchand's return tomorrow against the Rangers.
Boston's won 3 of 4 without him by a combined 11-7 output but, Brad, your guys need you back.
