BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- The Bruins are on a tear, and they'll try to continue that run tonight on the road in the Big Apple.

They've won 17 of their last 22 games with points in 21 entering tonight's clash with the Rangers at Madison Square Garden at 8 p.m.

Anton Khudobin will be in net after Tuukka Rask made 26 saves in last night's win in Detroit, but there's no mystery Rask's been a huge part of Boston's success.

Over his last 22 appearances, he's 19-0-and-2 with a 1-61 goals-against-average and a .941 save percentage.

"The whole year, I think our focus has been on our game, and how we want to play the game, and not really worry about who we're playing against," goaltender Tuukka Rask said. "As long as we're happy with our game, the wins keep coming."

B's sit 3 points back of the Lightning for the top spot in the N-H-L, with 2 games in hand. The Metropolitan cellar-dwelling Rangers are 3 points out of a Wild Card spot and they've lost 6 of 7.

Khudobin's 0-2-and-2 in his career against the Blue Shirts.
