Anthony Barrasso turned 100 years-old and was all smiles an saluted to his audience has they sang Happy Birthday.

He says he feels like he's 45-years-old but "I rather be celebrating my 50th than my 100th birthday" he tells WBZ NewsRadio's Carl Stevens.

His key to his longevity: Smiling and keeping his young family close

"All my family is young looking so it's better to be young looking than old I guess," he said.

His daughter added: His kindness has been his secret to longevity.
