NASHUA, NH (WBZ-AM) -- An man has been arrested after pushing a woman into a snowbank following apparent case road rage in Nashua, NH on Sunday.
Nashua Police arrested Ricardo Montanez, 28, of Hudson, and charged him with simple assault after they were called on to the area of Amherst St and Henri Bourque Highway for a report of an accident.
Jennifer Needham had captured the incident on video on her cell phone. She tells WBZ-TV, that she started recording the altercation after she heard beeping and yelling.
In the video below, you can see a woman in a yellow jacket step out of a Toyota Prius and walk towards Montanez's vehicle.

"That’s when he got out and shoved her to the ground,” she said.
Montanez was released on $5,000 personal recognizance and will be arraigned in at the 9th Circuit Division Nashua Court on March 22.
