BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- The Celtics have won four straight and, tomorrow, they'll start a road trip in Houston against a Rockets club that's won 14 in a row to take over the NBA lead.
MVP candidate James Harden's been his usual dominant self during the run. The guard's averaging 32 points, better than 8 assists and 6 rebounds, and nearly 2 steals.
C's Head Coach Brad Stevens knows he'll be tough to contain.
"You just try to make it as hard as you can," Stevens said. "His ability to score from behind the arc, drive the ball, and then get to the foul line, he's as good as anybody, and you can't count on one guy to have to do that. You have to throw as many bodies at him as possible."
After Houston, Boston will visit Chicago and Minnesota.
That's a tough trip.
"Every trip in the NBA is hard, it's long, it's spread out ... you want to play in games like this, you want trips to be that kind of a challenge," Stevens said. "We're getting ready for this stretch run here, and everything just matters even more."
