BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- It may be April, but a Monday morning snowstorm was keeping Boston-area residents from feeling the excitement of spring just yet.
The National Weather Service said Boston could expect 1-2 inches, with snow set to dissipate between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Snow falling along the Mass Pike in Framingham was not sticking to roads, WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Doug Cope reported.
Parts of southeastern Massachusetts before the Cape--in the New Bedford area--were under a winter weather advisory until 2 p.m.
