SALEM, New Hampshire (24/7 News Source) -- A Haverhill man has turned himself in after a road rage incident.
Brandon Heath admitted to police in Salem, New Hampshire that he became angry when another driver wouldn't let him merge into a new lane Friday on Route 28.
The 31-year-old reportedly pulled out a BB gun, and pointed it at the other driver twice.
Heath surrendered to police Saturday on two counts of criminal threatening.
