WORCESTER (WBZ-AM) -- A retired Worcester Police officer shot a man in his yard over the weekend.
It happened early Sunday morning on Second Street, after the homeowner got into a scuffle with a man dressed in all black.
Zachary Bailey, 29, was found by police with two non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Bailey had an outstanding warrant for breaking and entering.
There are no charges against the homeowner.
