ROCHESTER (24/7 NewsSource) -- A sixth grade teacher has been dismissed from a Rochester school for reportedly engaging in inappropriate conduct with students.
James Sullivan is accused of improperly touching Rochester Memorial students, hugging them against their will, and filming them doing gymnastics.
The 36-year-old turned himself in to police on Saturday, and was released on bail on Monday.
The school district says Sullivan was immediately placed on administrative leave after allegations surfaced last week.
