METHUEN, MA (WBZ-AM) -- A explosion in Methuen leaves a man severely injured. Methuen Police say the blast happened on an old bus on Hitchingpost Lane, near the Merrimack Valley Golf Club.
They spent part of the late afternoon looking for the injured man and found him shortly before 5:30 P.M.
The area is apparently being evacuated. People are being advised to stay away.
The State Police Bomb Squad is on the way to the scene.
