Severed Goat Head Found On Car In Hyde Park

BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) -- Police are investigating a bizarre and disturbing incident in Hyde Park.

A woman living in the Boston Housing Authority's Fairmont development took her dog out for a walk Tuesday morning (5/29) and found a severed goat head on the hood of her car.

Instead of calling the police, the woman drove her vehicle with the remains of the goat still on her hood from Garfield Avenue to the nearest police station.

When the victim told officers what happened, they came outside and found a picture of the woman tucked under a wiper blade. The woman does not remember being photographed.

A neighbor who has lived in the area for 30 years tells WBZ's Karyn Regal that crime here is becoming unbearable.
