Judge: Dr. Accused Of Sex Assault Has To Wear Monitor

BRENTWOOD, NH --  The Newmarket doctor accused of sexually assaulting a patient will have to wear an ankle bracelet.

A judge ruled today Dr. Hugh MacDonald needed to be tracked by GPS agreeing with prosecutors he could try to force his accuser of not testifying.

MacDonald's attorney argued electronic monitoring wasn't necessary because his client had followed all rules and regulations.

He was arrested in May on claims he attacked the patient during an examination.
