NightSide with Dan Rea – Rundown for June 4, 2018

Supreme Court Rules for Colorado Baker.  Monday, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of a Colorado baker who refused to bake a wedding cake for a same sex couple.  The ruling was 7-2 in favor of the baker because of religious objection.  Dan will be joined in studio by Boston University School of Law Professor Jack Beermann to explain the decision.  Do you believe this sets a precedent?  Call the show and join the discussion!

Bill Clinton and #MeToo.  While speaking with NBC News correspondent Craig Melvin, President Bill Clinton revealed that he never privately apologized to former White House intern, Monica Lewinsky.  “I’ve never talked to her,” Clinton said. “But I did say, publicly, on more than one occasion, that I was sorry. That’s very different. The apology was public.”  Do you believe Clinton owes Lewinsky a private apology?  Should Clinton still have to answer questions about his past mistake?  Listen tonight and call the show!
