WASHINGTON, D.C. (24/7 News Source) -- The U.S. Supreme Court is giving a big win to a baker in Colorado.
The high court ruled in favor of the man who refused to bake a wedding cake for a same-sex couple. The baker said he refused to do so on religious grounds.
In a narrow opinion, the high court said the Colorado Civil Rights Commission violated the baker's rights by displaying hostility about his religious beliefs.
Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor dissented in the 7-2 ruling.
