CONCORD, NH (WBZ-AM) -- New Hampshire State Senator Andy Sanborn admits he used what he called crass language around the individual a few months before he was hired as an intern.

But Sanborn is being cleared by the New Hampshire Attorney General when it comes to allegations of hiring the individual as an intern and paying him extra to shut up about it.

The intern had been given about $200 dollars by the former Senate Chief of Staff, who says it was a loan to tide the intern over until his first paycheck.

WBZ NewsRadio1030’s Karyn Regal reports.
