BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- Red Sox took two of three from the Tigers, then settled for one of three against the lowly White Sox to finish a 3-and-3 homestand.

Next, a trip to Baltimore. First pitch tonight, 7:05 p.m., with Steven Wright set to oppose Dylan Bundy.

Orioles are terrible. Worst team in the majors at 19-and-45 after losses in 11 of 13.

After that three-game set, Sox will visit the West-leading Mariners for four. M's have won eight of 10.

Then, Red Sox will have an off-night a week from today before a three-gamer in Minnesota. Twins have lost four of six and sit in the middle of the Central.

What does Sox coach Alex Cora think of this trip?

"It's a tough one, but we're going to be fine," he said. "I think we're getting healthier, we're pitching better. We're going to be okay."

Is Andrew Benintendi ready?

"Seems like more of the same with this schedule, it's brutal to be honest," he said. "But what are you gonna do? You just gotta show up and play. It's a 12-day trip or something like that? You just gotta show up every day and put a good game together."

He's clearly overjoyed.
