ROCKLAND, MA (WBZ-AM) -- A sex tape is causing quite the stir in a town on the south shore.

Rockland's town administrator is on paid leave, while the town investigates allegations of harassment by a member of the selectmen.

It all started with an after hours sexual encounter at Town Hall between Selectwoman Deirdre Hall and Town Administrator Allan Chiocca.

The incident was captured on surveillance video.

WBZ NewsRadio1030 has learned that Hall has withdrawn her emergency injunction, trying to stop the town from releasing the video under the public records law.

Hall claims Chiocca acted inappropriately toward her and that she tried to leave the Town Hall several times that night.

She says she doesn't remember anything about that night, because she was impaired. However, Chiocca claims it was the other way around - he's the one who tried to leave and that Hall was aggressive toward him.

Hall says her family has received threats since news of the scandal broke and that her children have not been able to go to school.

WBZ NewsRadio1030's Kim Tunnicliffe reports.
