(BOSTON, MA (24/7 News Source) -- The Boston City Council is giving its approval to Mayor Marty Walsh's spending plan for services, capital projects and schools. The cost of the spending plan is well over $3-billion-dollars. Council President Andrea Campbell was the lone no vote, saying soaring costs have not been brought under control in the school budget. Walsh says he will sign the measure immediately.
