The FBI arrested two retired Massachusetts State Police troopers and one suspended trooper for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars for overtime hours they did not work in 2016. David Wilson, Paul Cesan and Gary Herman were identified by U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling’s office as the three troopers. “Let me be clear that today’s charges are the beginning and not the end of this federal investigation,” said Lelling.
