BOSTON (24/7 NewsSource) -- A distracted driving bill is no longer expected to pass this legislative session. The bill would have required drivers to use hands-free technology for using mobile devices while driving.
Concerns over racial profiling have halted the bill from moving forward. The formal legislative session is ending today.
