Roof Collapses In Quincy

QUINCY (WBZ-AM) -- Traffic was being diverted from a street in Quincy after the roof of a vacant building collapsed around 7 a.m. Monday. 

Quincy Police said southbound traffic on Hancock Street was being diverted to Beale Street, but asked people to avoid the area.

The MBTA's Wollaston shuttle service was briefly disrupted, but resumed shortly after with some delays.

Nobody was injured in the collapse.
